COP - Effective discharge planning
To provide an informal network for the sharing of knowledge, skills and experience in discharge planning. To stimulate debate around what works best and in what circumstances. To encourage the mutual support and development of individuals within the Community by the Community.
Mental Capacity Act Community of Practice

All Wales Trusts Volunteering Network
A network of NHS Trust officers who have responsibility for Volunteering for Health & Social Care initiatives within their Trusts was established in 2007. The aim of the network is to increasing volunteering in secondary care in Wales through sharing good practice and supporting collaborative working with the voluntary sector.
